Henry Ikeh is a Web Developer who is greatly inspired by Mark Zuckerberg.
“In the year 2014, I got inspired by reading a magazine. The magazine was talking about the co-founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg.
“I was impressed, so I decided to make research on how to build Facebook Africa. I learnt a lot in the course of making such research. But I had no physical mentor which resulted in me making a lot of mistakes.
“I was learning in the wrong way. I was meant to learn the basic but was learning the advanced first and that really slowed down my progress.”
“My programming life changed the moment I decided to have a physical mentor by attending a website development class.
“Today, I can build basically anything as far as software development is concerned.”
“I drew my inspiration from Mark Zuckerberg. So I read extensively about him.”
Building cart9ja.com.ng made me believe in my skills and assured me that anything is possible and there is nothing I can’t do if I put my mind to it.
Now, “I want a mentorship and funding opportunities for my startup.”
According to Henry, youth empowerment is straight-forward. It means “Get skilled! Get mentored! Get Funded!”
