Oladimeji Qudus Balogun is a photographer who finds passion in documenting street events, nature and events.
About his art, he says, “my passion and journey with photography began in the year 2016 at Ibadan. It all started when I took a picture with a Smartphone (Tecno CamonC5 precisely), and I was captivated by the beauty of the outcome. This triggered me into paying more attention to it, to the point where I had to get myself a camera in April 2017 – a fairly used DSLR camera NikonD3100. It’s with this camera that I’ve been creating my images and improving my creativity. Photography for me isn’t just about the monetary benefits. I see photography as a way of life. Photography is an art on its own which demands the flow of your creative juice at all times. To get this juice going, I try as much as possible to document meaning into every image I create.
The photographer is inspired by life, nature, people and the street.
