Nathaniel Chalobah has completed a move to Watford from Chelsea for a fee that could rise to £7m on a five-year deal.
The England U21 international midfielder had played for the club on-loan in the 2012/2013 season when he made 42 appearances and scored 5 goals.
The 22-year-old made 15 appearances for chelsea last season and won the Premier League title.
The player had talks with chelsea over an improved role at the club which wasnt forthcoming, and had to make a decision fast, having just one year left on his contract.
Chalobah will wear the number 14 jersey for his new employers, and he has has loan spells with Middlesborough, Burnley, Reading and Napoli in times past.
Chalobah is one of a handful of exits regarding high profile youths from the London club this summer, after Dominic Solanke, Nathan Ake, Ola Aina and Ruben Loftus-cheek left this summer on loans or sales.
