Meet Ikenna – The Computer Consultant

Ikenna Johnbosco Ngwu, is a Computer Consultant. He deals with Laptop and PC repair, computer network, CCTV, intercom, inverter installations with aim to open a computer accessories sales outlet.

“I started as an undergraduate to learn computer repair, i work for free with people installing computer network to learn.”

Ikenna draws inspiration from coming from a poor background and the desire to turn the situation around.”

When asked about a project that he has done that increased his confidence in his skill, he says, “As an undergraduate in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, I was the president of all Igbo students. With my executive members, we achieved a lot for the association beyond our expectation.”

“I also installed computer network in 3 secondary schools from scratch to finish in 2015, it is working fine up to today.”

And on what he is looking forward to, he has this to say, “I have a designed business plan of starting a computer sales outlet that will incorporate computer repair, training and consultancy. I am looking forward to getting enough funds to start the sales, from which I will raise money to expand and include other arms.”

He also gave his opinion on youth empowerment. “It will be a good turn table if the government can grant a minimum of 1,000,000 to graduates after NYSC to start their own business and employ people.”
