Amara Anyaegbunam Nwabufo, also known as Sterioman, is a Poultry Farmer
Amara decided to start poultry farming after NYSC. “Instead of waiting for a job, I decided to keep myself busy until I find a good job.”
He draws inspiration from his uncle who was also a poultry business man
When asked about the project that increased his belief in himself, he mentioned establishing his poultry farm. “Establishing my poultry farm, really gave me confidence. The little gain I make from it inspires me a lot and motivates me to keep pushing harder because if I can do this – no matter how small –the sky is the limit.”
And looking forward, the poultry farmer is looking for an opportunity to make more money to expand my poultry business as well as gain international recognition.
He also learnt his voice to his opinion on youth empowerment. “I believe youth empowerment involves empowering the youths by impacting them with knowledge and giving the youths hope to believe in themselves. Financial support in terms of loans and grants will also go a long way in empowering the youths.”
