Nathan Ake has reportedly agreed terms with Premier League Club Bournemouth and will leave Chelsea on a permanent deal this summer.
The 22-year-old Netherlands International had a loan spell at the club last season scored 3 goals in 12 games before returning to Chelsea after he got recalled.
The fee is reported to be £20m and will create a new club record signing fee. Ake will be Bournemouth’s third summer signing after Asmir Begovic also joined from Chelsea and England striker Jermain Defoe signed on Thursday.
Ake joined Chelsea from Dutch side Feyenoord aged 16, and has two caps for Netherlands after making his debut in a friendly against Morocco in June.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe said: “Nathan is an outstanding young player with a fantastic attitude and a great desire to learn and develop.
“He has a very bright future ahead of him and I’m very pleased to say that future is here.”
